$233.99 shipped is a KILLER price on this printer, and the deal ends at 11:59PM today (5/30/2017):

Equally killer is the HP LaserJet Pro 400 M402n Monochrome Laser Printer With JetIntelligence for $108.99 shipped:

Also a less impressive paper and monitor deal:

Awesome printer and awesome deal. I purchased the 477fnw awhile back (wireless without duplexing) of $305 and thought that was a killer deal. This one is better because it has the duplexing, but no wireless functionality.

The downfall is the price of the toner cartridges though. I'll have to find decent priced aftermarket ones because the cost of the toner cartridges exceeds the printer cost.

How would you rate print quality with respect to text, graphics (excel charts), and photos (pictures)? I am in need of a laser printer with very good text and graphics for technical reports as well as photos for marketing materials.

Also, have you replaced your toners? Even third party toners on Amazon for this printer cost ~ $150 for a set of four. I am just wondering if they are any good, especially when they cost that much compare to third party toners Dell or Brother color laser printers.

Thanks for your input.

I have the M277dw at work (smaller, slower, but wireless version of this printer). I really like it. I had an HP8630 OfficeJet before this printer, which I hated. But the M277 is great, so I imagine this printer must be great too. Wireless and direct wireless printing work great, menus are easy to navigate, print quality is very good, and, very important, this series of printers has a low toner override (unlike most of the OfficeJets). I got almost 1500 pages out of the starter cartridges rated for 700 pages. So, yeah, the cartridges are expensive, but if you run them into the ground it makes up for the cost somewhat.

If you don't need the wireless (I do, unfortunately) this is a very good deal on a great printer.

This is an even better deal than you listed, because you can get a $100-150 rebate from HP for trading in your old printer:

I did the rebate on mine as well, I think it's $100 for all other printers and $150 for certain models. Can't beat this deal!

Print quality is excellent. Couple this with the trade in rebate and you're looking at a $100 color laser printer. I've had it for a few months and even the starter toner is going strong. I think you can refill the toner cartridges also. I'll find cheap aftermarket ones from ebay. I found them for $50 for a set of four.

I use the scan function to scan to a network drive, or you can set up an email and scan to email.

Supports Apple AirPrint.

This printer is highly recommended in my opinion. And this is coming from someone who has one.

Dammit. Trade-ins are just on HP equipment. I have a Canon MF6530 multifunction I'd trade in in a NY minute which would turn this hot deal sizzling for me. Makin me hesitate.

All manufactures are accepted. Canon printers are worth a $25 bonus. You would get $125 back -

My problem is I could not find the model of my printer (Brother HL-2380DW) from the list, only found 2280dw, which is different.
