New Lower Price! Only $9.99/mo with activation of iPhone 6/6 Plus on 24-mo installment
Saw this (as attached) at my local Sam's Club. Seems like a great price if you need some kind of iPhone at a low price and you have a normal carrier (ATT/Sprint/Verizon).

Certainly beats buying used. Reseller scum BTFO, how will they ever recover?

BEWARE:

Since activation and 24-months contract involves, you are tied to pay off the penalty fees.
Breakdown: iphone $240, activation $70, ETF $350 = $$660.
If you want to return the service, you are required to return the device or it will be blacklisted as lost/stolen.

For those of us too stupid to understand what is installment billing, it's monthly payments for the phone in equal payments over 24-months, if you cancel service before then the balance is due immediately. The ETF went the way of the 2-year contract, and no one does it anymore. Some old T&Cs may refer to it, but it's never the case. See your local club for details.

There are no credits. This is a Best Buy-style price reduction and the reduced price shows up as what you are financing.

I bought iPhone 6 and iPhone SE from Sam's back in October. They made reference to a mobile agreement but it only applied to the old 2-year contracts not DPP. Only "contract" I walked out with was the 24 month financing from AT&T which I paid off next day.

I didn't try to unlock them right away as I bought AT&T phones was using them on cricket so didn't need it unlocked. Did get SE unlocked a couple months later through web portal. Through other threads I've heard AT&T has been tougher on unlock so would try looking through the recent AT&T GoPhone iPhone SE threads.

Unlocked status depends on different carrier but yes you will have fulfilled financial obligations by paying off in full next day unlike Tmobile that requires it to be active for 40 days.

On another note be careful with ip6 the issues are touch screen locking and freezing due to improper placement of touch recognition board chips entirely too many ip6 likely well over 50%. They did not have that issue in prior phones nor on ip6s which was corrected, so I would prefer 6s to this if your intent is to keep it long term. Proof is in the Google search "iPhone touch disease"

And in true Apple fashion they sweep it all under the rug:
