Best car seat around IMO. I have this and a Pinnacle and they are flipping fantastic!

good deal. own a few of these and will vouch for them. only downside is they're huge. if you put two in a standard backseat, don't expect to comfortably fit an adult between them.

The Frontier is a bit smaller since it doesn't have the huge side impact additional plastic that the Pinnacle has. I have a Pinnacle in the mini van and Frontier in the car. I would definitely stick with the Frontier if you have a regular car and/or want to save room. Plus the price is right and I don't think the extra materiel on the side of the Pinnacle will do much as it sits behind the guard and the Frontier has the guard as well. Not sure it's worth the additional expense and definitely not worth the extra bulk.

would never buy any other car seat again. These are so much easier to install and don't budge an inch once you put them in.

Thanks for the info! I've been banging my head against the wall trying to decide between the Frontier, the Pinnacle, and the Diono. Definitely going to buy two of these.

We have the Pinnacle. Absolutely the best car seat I've seen! Installs easy, and so tight you cannot move it without damaging it. Easy to adjust, clean, and change out of the car if needed. I couldn't recommend it more!

I bought this in 2015 and am very impressed with it. Clicktight is awesome!

On that note, bear in mind that this model is from at least 2015, so not particularly new, possibly getting discontinued soon, so is this deeply discounted enough for you?

Good deal. I gave over $300 for mine. Love the click tight. Bought it for my ex-wife to use in her car after she wanted to use those flimsy booster seats. This thing is sold and heavy as a damn tank. I'd be it again if I needed another one.

Hey guys, I saw the same question already, but I needed to decide between this one and the Diono. Any suggestions? Our cars are a CRV and a X-Terra.

I would highly suggest getting this one or any of the Britax Click-Tight models. I'm sure the Diono is of good quality and would be a fine seat, but the Britax is the top of the line. I have two of these and paid close to $300 for them. I'll never purchase another brand of seat again.

Most definitely Britax over Diono.
