You know that the iPhone and iOS doesn't support APT-X low latency, right? (and by no delay, they really mean 30-50 ms delay, so these still aren't useful for musician monitors...but that's a pretty specialized case, most people won't notiice less than on video frame delay)

Good point about aptX not working with iOS.

The big benefit for most people of aptX is the improved sound quality. Regular bluetooth is OK for most music, but on some music the limitations are easily heard.

"A-league brands" manipulate results, too. I don't consider it 100% reliable but I've found it to be a useful metric, especially for products with 30-200 reviews.

thanks for sharing your thoughts. wasn't this service originally intended to help combat the review manipulation of "i got this for free for an honest review", which incentivized favorable reviews, and has been banned since october of 2016? then it might still be useful for reviews prior to that, that have stuck around right? but amazon has been deleting those reviews en masse, and even set it up so only verified reviews appear.

its just strange that such a service has any users when there is no real way to gauge authenticity and it only scans for buzzwords in an unreliable fashion.

these things are exactly like a previous deal for the smart i8, same specs and everything. I noticed that the mic doesn't work with the AC in my car on. The standby time is inaccurate and the play time is more like 5 hours. VERY clunky to change songs by pressing the buttons on your ear. It says to double tap the power button to activate Siri or google assistant, but it always does a single hold which calls a number. When it does it takes a second for it to come on because of a delay. for 6$ its a no brainer and an easy gift. the audio is decent. It works with laptops and anything else Bluetooth, minus the special functions of course. The headphones stick in your ear well because of the loops. I didn't feel it was uncomfortable for me unless I'm laying on one side with them in my ear.

It's not always reliable. I use fakespot and reviewmeta to help on items with less reviews to see if there's manipulation. But in the end, with something like this, why? It's $7 Bluetooth headphones. I mean, really? Anyone expecting superb quality is just crazy. But as a throwaway pair to keep in a bag? $7 is the right price point. Plus it's Amazon. If they suck or don't work, return them.
