Costco online has bags for this vacuum. $13 for 3 bags. https://m.costco.com/Toolmaster-3...19821.html

Is the lack of bags the only reason it's garbage? How's the suction?

I've never used a bag in a wet/dry vac. Just dump the bin.

Once the bag that comes in the box is used up and you have to run it without the bag. Thats when it loses suction power.

It does say wet vac but it doesn't work without the bag because the filter is made out of cheese cloth

There are replacement filters you can get at Home Depot that are much more robust. My only problem with this model is the clasps on the side aren't the greatest compared to my shop vac brand vac or the Stanley version, seem to be looser and not as well made.

I never used any of these and thinking of buying this one. Does this clean wooden floors/carpeted floor at home?

I'm using this vac with all types of bags. The only thing you have to do, is to think different - to use your brain and the scissors.

IMO, the wet/dry vacs at Costco are always junk...they never seem to carry the name brand (ShopVac), but weird Chinese/American brand mashups and the suction is never that great or on/off buttons fall off, etc. It's good if you need a 'disposable' vacuum I guess.
