Note: I want to give you my personal experience. I recently bought a Rite Aid card through them. It arrived in 3 days via USPS, had the full amount on it that was advertised and I have been used it on all of the rebate items that have been showing up on SD. I received this offer today via email and thought I would share. As I understand it these cards are not ideal for gifting, but could be nice if you were planning to eat at Panera soon. Use within 45 days for guarantee. Happy shopping!

Note: Reseller gift cards are not ideal for gifting, as there is a 45 day guarantee and must be used in that time period. For any order issues, please contact Cardcash's customer support email, devoted especially for Slickdeals users: slickdeals@cardcash.com

"Poor Merchant Reputation" doesn't even begin to describe how awful CardCash is. Stay far, far away from this shady merchant. Search Slickdeals, search the internet - you'll see a large number of dissatisfied victims.

Screwed by CardCash? File a chargeback with your credit card company and a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General.

To file a chargeback with your credit card company, simply call the number on the back of the card and speak to a customer service representative. They will likely release the funds you are disputing with CardCash while the investigation is in progress. CardCash "customer service" has a track record of stonewalling and stalling. Don't bother with them - go directly to a chargeback with your credit card company. For PayPal, open a dispute and then escalate to a claim if/when CardCash ignores the dispute.

To file a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs, go here: https://njconsumeraffairs.state.n...complaint/ (You can also mail in your complaint)
Again, since CardCash has a history of stonewalling and stalling, it's probably best to go straight to filing the complaint so there is yet another record of their malfeasance.

Just checked the Panera cards I bought in January. One of them has a zero balance. Since I'm out of the 45 day window, I guess I'm SOL. I'm surprised that Slick Deals allows this scammer to operate through this message board.

I will never make another purchase from this shady business. I bought 3 Walgreen's Gift Cards from this place for approximately $300. Instead of gift cards, 3 Store Credit cards were received. I did not order store credit cards I ordered gift cards. When I spoke with Emilio at Customer Service, he told me that I would receive a shipping label at my email address within 24 hours. Nothing was received. On the third day, I spoke with Marvic at customer service for ...45 minutes!. He told me that there would be no refund. I asked to speak with a manager. After 5 minutes on hold, he told me she was in a meeting. He asked me to leave a message for her. I told him I'd wait "on hold" until her meeting was through. After another 5 minutes, he told me that her meeting would take several hours (yeah, right). I told him that I didn't think that someone was being truthful. He told me that she would call by the end of the day.

Shocker!! No one ever called me.

I am disputing this with my CC company. I have spent thousands at this company and I still cannot believe how unprofessionally this problem was handled.

BEWARE Fellow SDers! I strongly advise that you do not do business with CardCash.

Thanks for pointing this out,

Some cards do have a better price but the base price is 27%

We hesitate to write the higher price because they can sell out fast and it seems misleading, but you are right, those who jump in first can actually get an even better deal on this.

Right now I am seeing some cards at 28.4% and some at 27.9%

Thanks!

So this is a site that rips people off buying gift cards and then hopes to rip off others by forgetting to use them in 45 days?

Panera is pretty good but it's overpriced in the first place.

just an FYI panera gift cards without pin numbers (most of them that I have purchased on these sites) can't be used in the app or online. Only in store.

The cards all look like 21 or 22% off to me.

Thanks, I was wondering what the difference was between the in-store-only gift cards vs "regular" gift cards -- I assume the regular ones have a PIN and thus can be used online

Sorry about that, looks like our pricing was changed.

Should be back within minutes.

Thanks

this site is a scam. I purchased $25 payless card two days back and it has $0 balance as per payless customer service. I was told someone already used it in store, so seems like its selling used giftcards

I quit using panera gift cards without pins bc you cant use them online. I always wait for the $3 off $6 codes and use them with gift cards.

Do these cards support Android Pay to pull up balance automatically?

Hmmm, wish we knew the answer to that offhand.

Hopefully one of the SD experts on this thread can help out with this one.

Thanks

Per the wiki, file a chargeback with your credit card company. Consider filing a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General as well.

There's no excuse for the high number of complaints all to similar you yours on Slickdeals and elsewhere. No other gift card reseller comes anywhere close to the stories of malfeasance by CardCash.
