I had to and enter a new CC number as my service was halted. Even though I am under the basic, free plan. It charged me $5 and I edited my auto top up to "No." Now I have no service at all going on 10 days now. Can't text, call and no internet. What do I do? I can't open a tech support call as I am under the free plan. I tried the carrier reset i.e. For iOS Devices:
Connect your phone to WiFi if it's available
Tap on the phone's native calling app (not your FreedomPop app)
Dial ##25327# or ##UPDATE#
Tap the Call button
Wait for the update to complete
Tap OK once it's finished
This just hangs. Does anyone know how to fix this? My daughter has service so it is not an area outage. Thank you in advance.
