Welcome to the Monkey House [amazon.com]
by Kurt Vonnegut

"Sold by: Random House LLC " so it is probably not eligible to buy with "no rush" credits.

354 pages. I might go for it anyway.

i have this in paperback and have read about half the stories. it is great! pure vonnegut. the story for which this collection is named is my favorite. i love his style. thought provoking, subtly comical, cynical and hopeful and truly humanistic.

No rush credits are rarer and rarer these days. I used up all mine a while ago and the pantry credit is useless to me. Now that Amazon rules the world the good times are over. We were all seduced and now it's time to pay the piper.

It might be a cyclical thing. I had a dry spell where I was only being offered Pantry credits for a while, but for the past couple months I've been getting Digital items as no rush credits. The result is that I have a bunch of single-item orders 😜

This is not "sold by" Amazon ... how did you get No Rush credits applied?

Anything from Vonnegut is worth the price of admission. Cat's cradle gave perfect expression to my desire to be an atheist.
