Bring handcuffs and cuff yourself to the seat and you'll be guaranteed to get to Hawaii.

Nonsense. They'll just unbolt the seat.

Bring a helmet. You never know if you are going to get tackled and drag off the plane.

You can find these prices flying out of Seattle and Portland, OR also. Just did this on United 3 weeks ago for around this price out of SeaTac. Takes a bit longer and had to change flights several times, but I encountered no problems. Made each flight with plenty of time even with delays. What's funny is the 2 hour flight from Seattle to San Fran and back got a tasty stroopwaffle for a snack and the 5 hour flight to Honalulu and back got a tiny pretzel mix bag. Would have preferred another stroopwaffle. I used Priceline though. I think it doesn't matter which service used to book as the flights are all through United.
