Nice monitor - good resolution and borderless bezels look fantastic. Dell Outlet has refurbished one for just a little less all the time and when they have coupon you can get the refurbished one for 20-30% less then this. Just for comparison:

When i go to the dell outlet store, I see two U2415 listed, one for $209 and the other for $219. But the names are exactly the same. Do you know what the differences are?

I am running 3 of these daisy-chained together via mini-DP from an Alienware 17 R4 laptop. These are great monitors!

This doesn't necessarily answer what's actually different about them (nothing?), but Dell support says different regions have different part numbers for the same model:

Depends what you're using them for - these are two monitors on different ends of the size spectrum (16:10 vs 21:9). I prefer the additional vertical real estate of 16:10 over the added width of 21:9 - if I need more horizontal real estate, I'd rather just get a second monitor, but if that's not possible due to cost or gpu limitations, a single 21:9 may be better then.

Here's a visual comparison of the difference:

If you get this monitor, be sure it's Rev A02. A00 (and presumably A01) had problems. I can't remember exactly what, but I think there might have been DP 1.2 issues when daisy-chaining them together.

it's a great monitor for sure. I've had these Daisy chained with a SP3. I bought them for $240 around two years ago. It's crazy how the price is going steady.

Can confirm on U2415 and U2515H series monitors. Daisy-chaining through mini-DP will work on rev A00 (and maybe A01) but you will see intermittent screen drops / screen flashing on one or both of the screens. I've had times where it happened a couple of times in a 10 minute span and other times where it only happened a couple of times a day. Having a newer rev seemed to fix the issue for myself but only if the newest version is the first in the daisy chain and if I remember correctly you have to go through the monitor settings to set the beginning and end of the chain.

Would this monitor suffice for gaming? Let's say 1080p60fps (Ultra) w/ V-sync... hopefully refresh rate and response times are good enough not to notice lag and stuttering.
