Get the 70% off deal for any plan worth $10 or more by using the code: 2HOT between 23-30 June (EDT)

Save money for cool sunglasses, switch to Tello with 70% OFF
There's nothing we like more than a well-deserved summer deal to match our inner coolness! That was our exact thought when we designed this promotion: why not spend less on your phone bill & have more money to really enjoy the summer? This way, you get the best of both worlds: you join Tello with a killer 70% offer & get to finally buy those perfect sunglasses, great outfit or that trip you've been dreaming of.
Get the 70% off deal for any plan worth $10 or more by using the code: 2HOT between 23-30 June (EDT) and start enjoying more of every summer day!
Why a promo in June?
We'll be honest & modest: because Tello is not like your average wireless carrier!
We didn't want you to miss out on all that you wanted to do this summer and get overwhelmed by bills, when there is always a better way, especially when talking about affordable cell phone plans.
Cross worrying about your phone plan costs off your list by switching to Tello and spend the extra money you now have on more important stuff this summer, like shades or a cool beach bag, on an extra day spent traveling! Seriously, it's about extra pampering & saving some money – both very important activities for that cool factor we were talking about.
Who benefits from it?
All new customers, who switch to Tello, open a new account & get any phone plan of $10 or more, as well as those who already have an account with us, but no first order yet.
The 70% off is only for your first month, but there is no reason to worry because Tello is always about saving you money, providing the best experience for our customers and no extra fees, whatsoever. You can build your own plan, adding minutes, text & data as you wish, upgrade & downgrade it anytime, for free.

not as hot as 90% last time but good to see something. I'm sure there are still a lot of spare sprint phones around that could use a little Tello. It's been hassle-free to me and others might stick around after trying it out. More at prepaid news,
it's really no trouble getting started, very smooth operation. http://www.prepaidphonenews.com/2...th-of.html

I saw that on SD, Free for a Year, but figured there was a catch so ignored it.
Last Tello 90% off was just sign up and cancel with balance lasting for the rest of the month.

Here is that Sprint one year "porting" special. More fine print then I'm ready for this early.

This deal will work for practically any Sprint phone and painlessly with no hoops or caveats... the "free" deal not so much.
That deal is awesome if you can get it to work so no competition here- just alerting SD community to a deal I saw, that's all.

One month deals aren't worth the time spent switching carriers, especially not when it comes to Sprint.

I'm still looking into that year of sprint for free but Tello is just so darn groovy.

The unlimited 2G is probably going to keep me around.

Sprint's prepaid business
Sprint's (S) prepaid business regained its subscriber growth trend during fiscal 4Q16, which ended on March 31, 2017. In fiscal 4Q16, Sprint gained 180,000 net prepaid subscribers, compared to 264,000 net prepaid subscriber losses in fiscal 4Q15.

Sprint and Samsung reported that in a recent test conducted in South Korea, they achieved peak speeds of 330 Mbps per channel using a 20 MHz channel. The test represented the real world application of the new technology on 2.5 GHz spectrum

all marketing hype aside, it's what works for you.

no dice for me, I was previously on a monthly plan, switched over to pay as you go, I guess this only works if it's your first time on a monthly plan.
