I figured I'd pick up a couple since it's time to move the kiddo up to a convertible and happened to come across the Graco SlimFit:

via Amazon [amazon.com] $124.66

I thought about going cheaper and more basic (the Cosco Scenera NEXT for $38 [walmart.com] or the Evenflo Tribute LX for $48 [walmart.com], for example), but if I can get a little more use out of a more versatile seat and the kiddo's more comfortable, I figured I'd spend a little more and try it out.

Rear-facing: 5-40lbs
Forward-facing: 22-65lbs
Belt-positioning booster: 30-100 lbs

According to the Camelizer, the $124 that it's listed for on amazon (incorrectly named "Annabelle") is the cheapest it's ever been and the Walmart deal is a few bucks less if you don't mind picking it up yourself. Personally, I'd rather get it from Walmart since I can easily return it if I don't like it. Plus there's 5% cashback.

Walmart no longer available:

youd want a detachable seat for infant to not disturb when sleeping

It's not expired; the price is higher and the $50 is knocked off when you choose store pickup instead of delivery to your house. At least, it's still showing in stock at $172.49 with $50.32 Pickup Discount for me. Also, I used Discover, but you can check out Top Cashback for other options.

Yes, but as noted by another, you're probably going to want something removable to leave them undisturbed when moving them to and from the car. If you're not worried about that, then yep, this will work just fine for an infant.

Detachable will be good, Convertible does not have Handle to to carry infant with seat.

How much more slim is the Graco seat? I have a Evenflo Symphony™ DLX and that thing is huge!

I got twins, so need 2. I like the idea of slim. Do you think these seats travel well (air travel)? The cheaper ones - Cosco and Evenflo - I've heard are lighter and curious how much better this Graco is in comparison. Maybe I should get all 3 and test them out.
