Home Depot has Dyna-Glo 6-Burner 78,000 BTU Open Cart Propane Gas Grill in Stainless Steel with Side Burner on sale for $199.

Home Depot Link:
http://www.homedepot.com/p/Dyna-G.../300562118

As of this post it is not showing online buying option on home depot website so possibly it is currently an In-Store only sale until the online website get updated. In the home depot near me, there are 20+ on the floor check with your local home depot.

edit:
Home depot website link is working now and shows $199 as online price.

The home depot link OP provided takes me to a page that states: "The product you are trying to view is not currently available. If you have any questions, you can reach our web support team by email at customercare@homedepot.com or by phone at 1-800-430-3376"

The google cache link pankifid provided takes me to the product page, but it's $399.99.

Am I missing something?

Which one is better, this Dyna Glo or this one (assume pricing is the same):

Char Broil is garbage. Even on the "high end" Char Broils, the grates will rust out and it will last 3 years, MAX. This is my experience with multiple char broils stored outside in moderate Southern California weather under a cover. Before I bought my dyna glo grill, I thought this was just how life was with grills - they are disposable and you simply buy a new one every 3 years.

I've had a dyna glo grill for 3 years in the same conditions and it is still in great shape. First grill I've ever owned that was still in good shape after that long. The key is the stainless steel cooking grates. If this dyna-glo has the stainless grates, I recommend it.

You will find reviews where people don't know what they are doing and cover up the rear venting so that their grill gets to uncontrolled cooking temps. These reviews are to be ignored.

Thanks for the feedback. The grates on this DG are ceramic coated as are the ones in the CB. Ironically, I own a CB grill that I purchased in 2005 that's worked flawlessly until this year. The grates are finally falling apart as are the burner covers. 12 years is not bad for a grill that cost me $175.

It seems like these are both of similar build quality, so I was just curious what the experiences have been with either brand.

I can buy the CB for $150, so the $50 may be the deciding factor.

EDIT: I ended up picking up the CB for $150.

It all depends. If you take care of your grill it could last forever, even the cheap ones.

Our grill, a Brinkman, died two weeks ago and replacement parts are about 150 bucks for a complete set of burners and covers. We went to fire it up and saw almost everything was heavily rusted and sunken in from cracking...

I pulled the trigger to buy this rather than fix a decade old Brinkman.

So effin worth it. If you need a new grill - this is your deal of the year.

Thanks OP. FWIW, dyna-glo grills usually include a cover. I gather char-broil grills usually don't.
