Just FYI, this is not the night vision version. This price is not so slick as the individual components are about the same price when sought out individually. I have the NV version and it is 100% worth it for a few extra bucks.

I think the Piper camera is the hub, so it doubt it would be compatible.

I have the NV version and love it. Lots of great IFTTT applets as well.

The outlet, door sensor/window sensor are compatible with SmartThings but Piper won't talk to it. The z wave stuff stopped working reliably on my piper so I just rolled everything into SmartThings instead and use the piper as motion recording video only.

The Piper Classic is terrible. I had one, but after a WiFi outage, the Piper will not reconnect without physically resetting it. After doing this a few times I gave up and returned it. The ability to view a live feed was unreliable as well. I've heard that they fixed this on the NV version. I would stay clear of the Classic.

Great product, easy to setup and use, the phone app is also a breeze to use.

The piper Nv is fine but you really don't want the piper classic. Wouldn't be surprised if they discontinued the classic.
