Walmart has a great deal on the Lifetime Tamarak 120 Angler fishing kayak. This is a great price on 10' entry level sit on top kayak.

The Lifetime Tamarack 120 Angler Kayak is a "sit-on-top" kayak that has a comfortable padded seat backrest for your long paddling and fishing adventures. Designed for extreme safety and stability, the Tamarack Angler has a stable flat bottom with deep tracking channels and stability chine rails. The kayak is constructed of blow-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) making it durable, UV-protected, and impact resistant. Blaines Farm and Fleet calls this same kayak the Triton Angler and it's only $199 right now in store or pay expensive shipping. I didn't see a difference between them.

I can also vouch for the beige model of this. Very nice. Storage isn't compartments though...they open up to the whole inside of the kayak. You'll want to use nets or bags or your stuff will move all over inside.

I see differences. For $15 more the Tamarack looks like a better deal.

Actually they don't call th Tamarak the Triton. The Triton is a step or two down from the Tamarak. Blaines sells the Tamarak for $350 without a paddle. I guess if you happen to live near a Blaines in Wisconsin or Iowa and you don't care about the storage hatches, carry handles, or need a paddle you might be interested in the Triton.

Thanks, couldn't tell from the picture. I have the Tamarack that Blaines just had for $199 a few days ago. Not the Triton.
