One year service, 1500 minutes, texts, and mb's cost $125 by itself. So you will be getting the phone for $15. You can buy the LG Fiesta cdma tracfone for the same price on hsn.com. https://www.hsn.com/products/lg-5...es/8374385

Fiesta = Quad-Core

J7 = Octa-Core

I will never go back to a Quad-Core, all other features flow from processing strength. The ZTE MAX DUO is the killer tracfone offering on HSN. So glad I bought it and I'm plenty frugal. The price had dropped to $180 and I used the Visa checkout $20 promotion to get it to $160 over 5 payments. I buy the cheaper phone with minute deals to extend my service. My current service is good through 2030, with about 10k minutes and 15k texts and I purchase data on demand (I don't do video when not on wifi, but HD is awesome on this phone). I've been on Tracfone since about 2010 so have bought about 20 phones during that time for the minute deals, hence the service end date of 2030 (years of service stack). I've likely spent less than $1,500 for service utilizing this method. I also added a couple years of service and minutes when there was a glitch allowing you to buy 400 minute package (triples to 1,200) for $40. I keep in mind that I had a Verizon plan for $110 a month for almost 10 years or roughly $13,200.

Wish they weren't sold out on the Galaxy Sky deal, it was 1350 minutes and it's a great phone (1.5GB of RAM instead of 2.0GB, smaller 5"). Mine arrived a few days ago and I was going to order a second for my father... and sold out.

Thumbs down for Trashfone.

Be careful the CS reps don't steal your minutes.
Could you please explain more on your comment? Thanks

Google it, fam.

Tracfone's CS reps have a habit of "misplacing" the service you paid for.

It seems like they're either reselling it under the table, or just stiffing customers and reselling those minutes to the next schmuck who buys an airtime card...until his minutes disappear too.

Keep in mind, all minutes come out of the same universal bucket they bought wholesale from carriers.

They're not actually yours, and you don't physically own the service you buy.

And if they screw customers over, that's less minutes, messages or data they have to buy for the next sucker who comes along.

Tracfone's basically a ponzi scheme, except more savvy and well-funded than RingPlus.

That, and any self respecting deal forum would've already banned Trashfone deals due to their extensive history of inflicting buyer's remorse.

Where did you see Octa-Core for the J7? description says quad-core, Fiesta has higher capacity battery, newer Android but lower RAM (1.5 vs. 2)

Per: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_g...alaxy-j7-v

PLATFORM OS Android 7.0.1 (Nougat)
Chipset Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625
CPU Octa-core 2.2 GHz Cortex-A53
GPU Adreno 506

It could be wrong. I have no personal experience with this phone. I still appreciate my ZTE Max Duo octa-core though.

I decided to go with the Fiesta anyway, one surprise, I thought they stopped doing the triple minutes but the 1500 advertised mins/mb/texts actually came out to be 4500
