Hello, I hope you are doing well.

Notable Updates:
  • On 06/26/2017, Nintendo announced the Super NES Classic Edition. (link to [businesswire.com]press release [businesswire.com])
  • On 07/21/2017, Walmart.com started accepting pre-orders; however, by 07/27/2017, virtually all pre-orders were canceled. (source)
  • On 08/01/201, Nintendo announced that pre-orders will begin in late August 2017. (source [kotaku.com])
  • On 08/22/2017, Target.com started accepting pre-orders; however, stock was depleted within two minutes.

Author's Summary:
  • On September 29, 2017, the Super Nintendo Entertainment System: Super NES Classic Edition will be released. The mini system, which contains 21 pre-installed classic games, will be available at a suggested retail price of $79.99. And for the first time, players who pick up the system can enjoy the intergalactic adventure Star Fox 2, the sequel to the original Star Fox game that was created during the Super NES era but never released. Included with the Super Nintendo Entertainment System: Super NES Classic Edition are one HDMI cable, one USB charging cable with AC adapter, and two wired Super NES Classic Controllers.
Author's Notes:
  • I thought it's interesting that two controllers are included, unlike the NES Classic that was released in 2016 with only one controller.
  • I've added the full list of games to the Wiki post below.

Decent. Let us know if you find any placeholder pages at AMZ or BB.

I will be eagerly awaiting the ROM dump of Star Fox 2. I heard about them killing that game right before development finished. Cool that they decided to release it.

Pretty solid line-up. I would like to have seen Actraiser in there too, though.

+1 to this.

EDIT: That list is great. I've played through Super Mario RPG a few times, really a great game.

That would be the special edition remaster that will release with the N64 Classic. Superman 64 is the only other game.
