You obviously knew you were moving, yet you had an Amazon order go to your OLD address? Maybe take some responsibility for your own actions. Change your Amazon address...or this will happen again.
USPS offers the forwarding service for free on 1st class , 2nd class and priority mail. Unendorsed standard mail (aka junk mail) is not forwarded...but by all means complain about that too. BTW, forwarding is not done in office... all forwards are shipped to a centralized location, that's why it takes extra time, even if you moved across the street....but you already know that because your forwarding packet had all that information in it :-/

Pictures of the stamps will have "Forever" crossed out to dissuade counterfeiters.
The actual stamp does not have "Forever" crossed out.

Nothing is forever. (Stamps are like currency so they are altered images to prevent counterfeiting since clearly a professional counterfeiter will be stopped dead in their tracks by such tactics.)

F**k usps....changed my address June 10 had an Amazon package to be delivered the 11th. I only moved across town.So they had my package out for delivery then it says forwarded a few hours later. Then they ship it all around the state then try to redeliver@ my new address 7 days later(literally 5 miles from old add.) On top of that they say postage due $7.80 on an $11 item. Yet to date they've forwarded 1 and only 1 bill. The rest are lost/being held. I was in possession of both properties up until yesterday and haven't been receiving mail at either address. I got a refund from Amazon and the said I'd pick up the package on the redelivery options. Now since they tried to get sum extra $ they are gonna store that package for a few weeks and then have to return it to Amazon. I'm liking UPS more and more.
