The objective here in providing an "offer" is for the multinational corporation to make just as much profit as if they didn't "offer" this. So naturally they disable the ability to use a coupon, which everyone with a brain uses to cut costs, making this "offer" actually a more expensive option.

Prices are so ridiculous for Labor day. $120 for a basic car for 3 days in SF.

I paid 75 for 4.5 days on Memorial day in Portland

That's actually cheap for SF. Which dates and what location did you get the $120 deal?

9/1 to 9/4 9AM to 9AM. Budget has it for $120 without the $20 credit from this deal.

But thats certainly not a deal. Should not be more than $20/day

Taxes and fees in Vegas are ridiculous! Depending on how many days the rental is, taxes and fees can be anywhere from 50% to 200% on an economy or compact car. Went to Vegas in 2015, got a compact for 3 days at 75$(Taxes & fees included), same dates this year and it's a minimum of $110. Plus now a lot of hotels are starting to charge for parking,
