Sweet! I wanted to see this movie...FREE is better.

Just a tip for those that have not been to a GOFOBO screening before...Get there early! Don't fiddle around at the concession stand before the movie, it will fill up and they won't let you in once it is full, they always give out more passes than there are seats. It happened to me once, I was the second person in line after getting there 15 to 30 minutes before the start time when a rep came out from the theater and said "we're full, sorry". The person in front of me (who didn't get in either) was holding a bunch of stuff they had purchased at the concession stand. I'm assuming they sat there and ate it in the lobby, took it home and popped in a Blu-ray, or bought tickets to a movie that was playing soon.

So if you were the 2nd in line and the guy with food was 1st, then literally no one who got these tickets got in to see it?

Edit: nothing in my area anyway

I meant in line at the time that I got there. They had already let people in earlier but stopped the line to check on the seat availability.

In my area, you need to get in line hours before the start time to get a seat, sometimes. Not worth it, imo.

Yup tickets doesn't guarantee your seats.
I would suggest 1 hour before showtime in populated area, there are people who gets there early and hold up numerous seats for others in the group. It gets hectic

I went to the Baby Driver showing last week as a guest so I didn't have to wait but the line half an hour before showtime was a snake of around 50-80 people who didn't get in. They usually reserve the mid section for guest lists and so there's not as many seats as you would get with a whole theater. I'd say get there at least an hour and a half before. Worst part would be you waited a bit for a free movie that's not in theaters yet.
