Actually you can find videos of people on youtube using just a dremel (without this part).

Warning about Walmart... My last two orders (most recent was a computer power supply) have been "delayed" for a few days, then canceled. I'm not going to order from them anymore, especially if I can get the item elsewhere. :-/
