Stop acting like the lock is for the front door. We know its for the dungeon...

It's illegal to have a key on both sides to get out of your house, for fire and emergency safety.

I have not seen one and I'm not sure it exists. What's to prevent the thief from breaking a different window instead of the window in the door and getting in that way? If they're willing to break the glass and make that noise, they'd be willing to break a different window I'm sure.

I got a question for anyone that knows about these zwave deadbolts. I have a door that is has a large glass window. The window concerns me because a thief can break in by breaking the glass window and moving the inside door handle to get inside. The only way to fix this is to use a deadbolt inside and a deadbolt outside. Yet, I have not seen any Zwave deadbolts that have deadbolts inside and outside. Has anyone seen any?

No. You replace your current deadbolt with this and everything is on the outside of the door. No extra cutting required. Now if you don't already have a deadbolt, that's a different story.

You mean you need one that is keyed from both sides?

How hard is it to rekey these (so the keys match other locks)?

As long as the other locks are Yale locks, you can just take the key you want to rekey to and the locks to a locksmith and get it done for less than $20. There are also kits you can buy that let you rekey it yourself which are supposed to be easy to do, but I have never tried them so I can't say for sure.

edg0023's comment was in response to me asking if he was trying to find a lock that's keyed on both sides. He wasn't saying this lock is.
