Ok so.. we bought this exact tent on a deal last year from Wal-Mart before heading out on a family camping trip. Personally, one of the best investments in a tent ever made!

It is huge, but we are a family of 6, 5 at the time of first purchase and had more then enough room to not trip over each other. The first time we set it up happen to be around 11 pm in a freak thunderstorm in a dark campsite. Between unpacking and positioning, took 30 minutes. Now? My husband can set it up by himself if he chooses, but with 2 people with basic knowledge, I'd say no more then 8-10 minutes max start to finish minus tarping the ground below. I highly recommend picking up a 24 ft tarp to go below it, and 2 or 3 decent brand cans of tent/nylon sealer aerosol spray to cover it 24-48 hrs before using. The new Ozark Trail tents come with the inside seams already sealed for rain repellant which is a big bonus, but the outside seal helps with condensation and infamous wetness from a heavy downpour.

The layout is great, with two doors going in/out and the main front one with a decent sized staked rain fly cover. It has two attachments with zip in to technically give the option to break the tent into "3 rooms" with majority privacy. With 3 kids it was a plus to give them there own 'room section'. We laid it out as the section to the left as our room- we have one of the Intex deluxe ultimate double high self-inflating queen beds that's like 23 inches high or something, ridiculously oversized but we had plenty of room with it going width wise with a good foot or more clear on each side to the wall and enough space to zip the door section closed at the foot of the bed. We used the middle section as a storage area for everyone's belongings, coolers, dry food, shoes, etc, way more then enough space and then room to the right we used for the kids. They have their own Sleep Ready twin air mattresses side by side going length wise and had a friend spend the night so we put a 3rd twin mattress right next to there's. Then we had our 1 yr old in a full sized pack and play at the foot of their air mattresses.

Break down was quick and simple, takes about 5-10 minutes to take apart and then another 5 to pack up into the bag. Oh also, yes the bag is long! Narrow, but fits the length of our backseat door to door if we had it in our Honda Accord. The plus side is the bag has a pull handle at the top and built in wheels on the bottom so rolls along just like a luggage carrier.

That was long winded, but when we bought it we also went on a whim because there was barely any reviews then, and got it based on a like 2 minutes review video of someone setting it up. We loved it so much, we also picked up the smaller 4 or 6 person Ozark Trail instant up for concert camping, and that literally takes 45 second to pop up.

So hope this helps anyone on the fence about picking this bad boy up!

I believe this tent sells on Amazon (different colors) for about the same price as well (from Amazon, not from 3rd party sellers who charge much more).

This generally pertains to the phalates in the nylon (or other plastics). It's fine assuming that you're not sitting there licking your tent.

Sleeps 12 is they're all dead and you stack them like logs. More like 4 ... Maybe 5
You obviously have not seen this tent. Watch a YouTube video. It can sleep way more than 5.
