You can get unlocked international model (1 sim though) for this price through one of European Amazon sites. Will be 100% legit, new, with Amazon warranty.

I own a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Dual Sim. Since these phones are sold internationally only, they pretty much only work in the country of origin. My phone must have been from the UAE, because it tells me Samsung Pay is only available in the UAE, so I can't use it. For reference, I am located in the US.

I have this phone and have been using it on ATT for last 3 months. great phone. no issues,
Also no tethering restrictions either. I have the grandfathered unlimited plan and am able to tether. have not tried samsung pay yet

I heard at least on the s7's but it's a pain w/o a us version if you plan to use samsung pay
