I agree with the sentiment that only suckers pre-order, but this is probably how pre-orders should work, yes? I mean you should receive significant savings over the launch price because you're willing to put down money before seeing the finished product.

The big suckers in my opinion are the people who pre-order a game and get nothing other than a slight cosmetic change to one item in multiplayer.

Often time the price on CDKeys will increase closer to release. So preordering can save you some money by doing it early.

It's only discounted because it's cdkeys, it's not like the publisher is giving us a break on the price for pre-ordering. Still foolish to preorder any game, it's not as if they're going to run out of digital copies, and it let's publishers keep getting away with pushing out broken, shitty games. I'm inclined to give this game the benefit of the doubt just because the first one was so good, but there is still zero reason to preorder this, it will be the same price at launch and half that a couple months later. I can't believe we're still having this conversation in 2017, I guess gamers will never learn.

Site is full of internet, smart ass, know it alls now. Go back to Reddit and CAG and do is all a favor. As for the game, Id wait as pre-orders mean jack squat these days.

Okay. Let's break up the preorder conspiracy right f-ing now.

If CD-Keys can show the publisher that they can get lots of preorders(with the reasonable $37 price tag above) then it'll be more favorable to the CD-Keys as a reputable distributor/may negotiate for a better wholesale game pricing, and profit and whatnot.

The winner is the CD-Keys here, making a smart move.

Yes, preorder is always a gamble. Some suck ane some don't, that's why we need unbiased game reviewers to play the games for us before release.

Schwinehundt! I kinda wish they'd go back to making a game in the spirit of RTCW.
