Excellent, that's my standard lens to carry around everyday. Cheap enough to not completely worry about but sharp enough to take amazing photos.

50mm f1.4 is $396.95, not $369.95.

I have noticed this before: on the mobile app, there is no Share button with B&H deals. Not sure why.

Oh man where to begin. All these lenses are great because Nikkor, but that 35mm is amazing. So damn sharp for so few dollars. It is the "girl next door" type of lens. I don't even fool around with the nifty fifty anymore.

+1. ever since i got this 35mm f1.8 late last year, the kit lens has never left the bag. it is very crisp and fast..even in low light. the only time i ever swap it out is if i need to use my high zoom lens for wildlife photos.

The futher down that list I go....I can't believe the COST!? Many are 3-4-5 times what I paid for my Canon T3I setup!? We're talking "Donnie" money there! No thanks!

If you are using a Dx/crop sensor (D3000-7000 series) both lenses are going to be worth it for you, as the 50mm works more like an 80mm. If you are on FX/full frame I would go with the fifty.

If you have a DX camera, and you are taking pictures of mostly people, you need this lense. This is a fast lense that can take pictures without flash indoors, which is exactly what you want for things that you're going to be dragging the big camera out for (family parties, kid's birthdays, ect). You're not going to do better for the $.
