Yea, thats the nature of the beast with all Grease Guns. They will usually always get a fair number of low ratings, due to people not knowing how to use, load, and prime them. Especially Continuous Flow Guns.

I'd agree with you, if these specific low ratings weren't posted by mechanics and others who know that they're doing. This seems to be a genuinely crappy product.
