Is FP# calls another FP# count towards the free 200 minutes or not? I read some where saying Freedompop phone calls to another Freedompop phone is always free. Don't know if it apply to a LTE sim card FP# calls to another LTE sim card FP# or FP phone#. Thanks for the replay in advance.

Most of our phones work with the CDMA carrier network, only if the device is released. However, they are not unlocked with other carriers or globally. For further information on how to release your device, please click here [freedompop.com].

If I wanted to go with Sprint, I'd just get an iPhone and join Charles Bronson's Silent Circle™.

They're Sprint phones, so they'll be gimped on GSM networks.

Does all Freedompop CDMA sprint wireless changing? Previously, all my Freedompop CDMA sprint phones able to view Swannview dvr video. But recently, all my Freedompop CDMA sprint phones can't view Swannview dvr video. Can't connect to Swannview server. Only Wifi is able to connect to Swannview server right now. Don't know what is changed. They still able to view SkyBell video but not Swannview video.

@FreedomPop I want to order a Galaxy S5 to replace a FP S3 on an existing account. The current phone on the account died. I have over 6 months left on the annual $80 plan, so I'd like to keep that credit plus the phone number.

How do I order the phone so it simply replaces the existing broken phone, same email address, same phone number, etc.?

I tried to call for sales help, but I couldn't even get to a person. Always the "pay $7.99 for premier support and you can talk to someone." So then you'll want me to pay $10 to port the phone number. After $10 to reactivate the account.

Come on, can it really be this difficult to replace a broken phone with one I buy from Freedom Pop????
