What are the total amount of amps this thing is capable of at once across all ports?

If I plug in 2 S8+ phones on quick charge, which I think is 2.4 amps per phone, 4.8 amps in total, how many amps would this thing still have left over for the other 4 charging ports?

It's 60 Watts of total power so you can't max out each charging port.

From what I read for this kind of chargers, 60 Watts 6 ports chargers most of them support up to 12 Amp output. 12 divide by 6 is 2 amps per port while the max output per port is up to 2.4A. So not sure how you can't max out each charging port when 2.4x6 > 12

Can you elaborate on this
max power for qc 3.0 = 12V*1.67A = 20W
max power for regular 5V charging = 5*2.4A = 12W

2x QC3.0 + 4x regular max = 20*2+12*4 = 88W

60W < 88W, therefore if the charger performs according to spec it would not be able to charge 6 devices at maximum power possible for each.

add:

even for 6* (5*2.4) it is still 72W > 60W.
