True, but I went in the store last night and 2 family members in a different state bought the printer+ instant ink combination and it works!!! When both items are rung up, the price drops to $29.99!

This is my first post so I'm trying to attach my receipt and hope I do it correctly. Last night I paid $29.99 and the $4.99 instant ink card. However friends and family who went today just paid the $29.99 and the instant ink card was reduced to $0 on their receipt. (I blacked out all my info that could relate to me but you can still see the price. This is from my emailed receipt)

sounds like a loophole. My HP envy is the first printer I've had that has been reliable and works well 90% of the time. I'll go check it out tomorrow.

Oh man, I just bought this exact printer on Thursday. Any chance of doing a return/rebuy?

I think this deal is now dead. It isn't working for a few people I know who went to the store today.
