Not sure if about unlockability or Network compatibility(?).
Last year's free phone with one month paid service. So $30 flat. Best to go to Corporate store if available.

To get the phone for free ( One month service ), must port a phone number from competitor. Not T-Mobile or their MVNO's

Can u cancel it after sign up?
How long before or after should cancel the service - if u cancel who gets the phone?
What network-port in will they allow for free phone?

Otherwise, $50 + tax? Is this easier - just buy it unlocked?
Does BBuy has these Metro PCS phones?

Doesn't go live until 31st, so some unknowns. But, metro is prepaid so cancel anytime.
Not in bestbuy. Through store only.
Lock status is the big question imo

I don't have any #s to port other than GV.
Any tips?
Have some AT&T and TM sims lying around - would there be a charge to activate them?

MPCS told me 7 days to cancel the service - if u do who get this E4?

You own the phone the moment you walk out the door. Prepaid, so you pay 1 month. No refund on month service.
Don't know how much to activate your sim.
Last year's free phones had a ninety days unlock policy. So probably the same for these. We'll know when it goes live I guess

I need 2 of these for tech challenged parents asap. Great price but there's no mention of finger print sensor. Really need that feature, my mom caught my dad snooping around her phone a handful of times already lol.

Looks like the e4 has fingerprint. Going to try to add to title but I m not too good at this.
On second thought I better not. Moto website shows fingerprint but what if this is carrier specific model? I don't know enough about it. Maybe someone else does

Last year's MetroPCS phones had unlock app that released the phone after 90 days. Probably this will be the same
