Amazon has the Netgear Arlo Outdoor Mount in white for $15.36. (update: Price dropped to $15.05)...Price dropped lower: $14.17 now...Just chcked again, now it is $14.17 but drops to $8.43 after clipping coupon on product page[/SIZE]..Looks like price went back up to above $20 before coupon (as of 4:15 pm EST, the price might come back but for now consider it expired)..Back down to $14.46 (coupon no longer available) as of 11:00 am EST 7/21/17Coupon seems to be back for now and final price is $8.73 after clipping coupon

I know some people use the 3rd party brand mounts because they're a lot cheaper, but their reviews seem to be hit or miss so some prefer the official Netgear Arlo mounts. These work for first gen Arlo and Arlo Pro also.

Also, you can order it through Prime Now (if available in your area) and use your $10 off first Prime Now order or any credits Prime Now credits you may have received for slow shipping. I ordered it through Prime Now and added another item I needed anyways to get over the $20 minimum order for Prime Now delivery.

They also have the black colored outdoor mount for $15.99.

Fry's also has the white colored mount for $15.99 and free shipping if tax and shipping is an issue for you with Amazon: http://www.frys.com/product/84299...IN_RSLT_PG

These retail for $19.99 normally.

FYI -

I ordered some Dahua mounts which also have standard connectors, I liked both the Arlo mount as well as the metal Dahua mounts.

The Dahua mount is about 2x the size and length of the Arlo mount - as it is designed for larger cameras. So if you are planning to purchase either a Hikvision or Dahua mount do note they will be larger.

Thanks for the info, good to know. If those are all metal then I might take a look at them as I might need a longer length bracket for a specific area I might want to place the camera (need to see the angle available right now).

I mainly purchased this Netgear OEM version because I had the $10 Prime Now credit to burn so the net cost was less (I also added a small tip). I also have about 3 more $10 Prime Now credits from slow shipping option, too bad they only let you use one per order.

Where did you purchase the Dahua Wall Mounts from? I was also looking at a quadpod mount that is flexible (sort of like a gorilla pod for photo cameras) from a 3rd party vendor but that seems easier to steal, even if it's way out of reach (unless you can hide it in a tree but still not have the branches/leaves block your view).

A vendor on Aliexpress, I've include a jpeg with the model number you can search for and a comparison of the 2 mounts along with a ruler.

Good metal mount, finish is Matte white and imho easy to spray paint if needed. ( the Netgear ones are glossy white, also good metal mounts )

If you conceal the camera well enough and place it higher than someone can easily reach it I think you should be OK.

Thanks. I started doing a little searching after I replied to you and found them on Aliexpress and eBay. I'll test out the viewing angle of the camera using the Netgear branded mount this weekend and see if a longer mount will give a better angle.

the coupons are just one-time use right? It won't work for multiple items?

Seems to work on two separate orders for 1 item each order. I ended up ordering another one earlier since it was so cheap now (after ordering at ~$15 yesterday using my Prime Now discount) and it looks to let me clip the coupon again and go all the way through the checkout page where it shows the discount.

Looks like they jacked the price back up to $20.49 before the coupon...Hope some of you got in on the earlier price (about 57% off retail price and 46% off sale prices).

Maybe it will come back though, Amazon fluctuates prices back and forth.

Price is back down to $15.36 now but I don't see the coupon to clip...Maybe it's not there because I've already used it or maybe gone for everyone.

Price is $14.46 now and it looks like the coupon is no longer available so that will be final price (+tax if applicable).
