If anyone lives near a Shopko store, you might want to check out their Wii U and 3DS games that are being cleared out. My local store had all Wii U games (except Breath of the Wild) at 50-75% off. I could've picked up several copies of Mario Kart 8 for $15. Most of the 3DS games were 50% off, also.

I know Nintendo has stopped making games for DS. Are 3rd parties still developing? I'm thinking about getting a New Nintendo 2DS and wonder if I should stock up on these games now even though I won't be playing any of them until mid September.

I thought Nintendo would let the 3DS line die with the release of the switch, but they announced a new Metroid game at E3 and the New 2DS just came out, so maybe they're going to keep it around for a little while longer.

So long story short, it seems like they are going to keep developing games for the DS line

Doesn't seem to work if you add more than 2 games. Have to place separate orders.

There appears to be a pricing malfunction if you add Yoshi's Woolly World w/Poochy Amiibo ($39.99 w/GCU) and another game. I added YWW/wPA and Mario Sports ($31.99 w/GCU) and it gave 75% off Mario Sports. Came to $47.99 before tax. Went ahead and tried two copies of YWW/wPA and it came to $40.00 before tax.

Do not know if they will end up honoring it, so YMMV.

Nice glitch!

I grabbed Woolly World and Dragon Quest VIII.

We'll see if they ship.

No. They are still fully committed to the 3DS line for the foreseeable future.

A new Pikmin game is coming out at the end of the month as well as a new redesign of the 2DS. And metroid later this year.

So yeah it's still very much alive and kicking.
