Costco In-Store: Pulaski Fabric Sofa Chaise - $349.99

Costco is selling a nice fabric sofa with a chaise for $350, normally $500, in-store only.
Size is 88" L x 65" W (including the chaise) x 38" H.

This is cheaper than an IKEA couch and is more comfortable and has better build quality IMO. The sale runs until 7/23/17. The sofa is not available online, but the item number is 1075075. You can call your local Costco warehouse, press 1, and ask for an inventory check.

Remember that Costco does not deliver. I rented a U-Haul truck for ~$55 to deliver to my house about 8 miles away from the Costco I went to.

Bought at Tukwila, WA Costco. Seen it at other Costco locations in Greater Seattle area as well. Hope this helps!

Looks pretty similar to the sectional sofa set I have which I bought from Costco (similar structure looks like). Some things to note on the set I have (which may be different):

Pros:
It's comfortable
It's easy to clean / upholstery holds up well after 4 years with two (clumsy) adults and occasional guests.

Cons:
Several sections are sagging
Cheaply made

Neutral:
Easy to fix?

The sectional set I have comes in chair sized pieces. It's pretty cheaply made (I took one piece apart) and sags after moderate use from 2-4 years of use. If you're handy with replacing/bolstering the existing foam then you'll be ok but the design of the furniture leaves it easy to rip the ropes/foam that are pressed against the bare wood. I paid around $1000 for the set I have and that was 4 years ago so YMMV on the quality of this piece.

I saw it in store and really liked it for the money. Only issue is about getting it to my apt on 2nd floor. I don't have anyone who can help me. What's the best way to get it done?

You can also use this app called Dolly which sends a guy with a pickup truck to help you for ~$60. I tried the app at Costco and nobody signed up to help me after an hour and a half, so I would suggest posting on Dolly a day or two in advance, but still YMMV.

Too soft. I'm concerned it will become too soft and saggy in the long run.
