I have both Pro and Q cameras. Here's a rundown.

Q is indoor 1080p but by default comes to you set for 720p (AC outlet). Pro is 720p indoor/outdoor (batteries).
Q can set motion sensor zones, Pro cannot.
Q records audio always. You can disable audio triggers for recording, but when recording it always records audio.
Q uses wifi. Pro uses built-in basestation. Problem with Q is that when using a wifi from an access point (not router), the QR code they tell you to scan does not work. Only when I used the wifi of a router did it work. You'll find that this is a problem that many people have.
Q has "record til motion stops" by default option. Pro does not due to the excessive battery drain that would cause, so you can only set fixed time limits for Pro from 10-120 secs. Q can record up to 300 secs.
Arlo allows 7 days of recordings for up to 6 cameras for free. This makes Arlo cams the best deal on planet!

I find the Pro cameras more flexible for mounting and outdoor use. I also hate the forced audio recording of the Q cameras. I just want to video record burglars. I don't want to hear full conversations of random people, way too big brother. But you can't turn it off. For the Pro, I often have videos that missed the action or cut off most of it. I think to save battery life, the motion sensor only engages every X secs, so sometimes it completely misses out. Not ideal, but I'll live with it, mumble, grumble.

Wow, no-rush discount, is that a new thing, used to be just small no-rush credit on digital/pantry and stuff.

Great deal! Thanks for sharing.

No brainer for me. $175 for two vs the two pack I bought through Alexa for $245.

I had to click through the link. If I went to the arlo page I already had open it didn't show up.

Wow, cheapest I've ever seen these by far! Sadly, we already have all we need and even those were tough to find at an avg. $150/each.

Overall, great cameras for indoor use, free account vs. Nest which gets pretty pricy, and if you're thinking about an indoor cam for baby monitoring, etc., would highly recommend.

Only flaws are that they're not great for capturing detail over any distance, and sometimes there's a decent bit of lag when watching "live" streams.
