Newegg is having a Philips headphone sale:
The SHP9500S is back in stock and back down to $49.99.
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Pr...gnorebbr=1

The Fidelio M1 Mk ii is now at $39.99.

This headphone originally sold at over $200 (and still costs that at Best Buy) so that MSRP of $299 is legitimate. Here is a professional review on it: https://www.whathifi.com/philips/...kii/review

Also available is the A1PRO/27 Armin van Buuren pro DJ headphones for $24.99

SHP9500S is going to be the most comfortable given it is full over-the-ear, but note that is extremely large and is also an open headphone so lot's of sound leaks out to those around you and they do not isolate well. They are best for home use or in other areas where leakage and isolation are not that important and can give you many hours of comfortable listening. 2nd most comfortable would be the Fidelio. They isolate much better than the SHP and are designed as portables so they are the least bulky of the three. As an all around go anywhere headphone, they are the best choice. The DJ headphones will have the most clamp force and are designed for heavier abuse than the Fidelios.

This is a pretty sweet deal for the M1. Just dont know should I get it. I already have M50x, M40x, and Qc35. Need an open can.

I meant to ask which color appeals to people
I find black classy looking compared to Black/orange

Needed to add some open cans to my collection, and after a couple hours of reviews seems like the 9500S perform very well, some even comparing them to headphones a class or two above.

I have these headphones and they are amazing. I am using them with a sound card and for gaming they are fantastic and equally as good for music. Keep in mind these are open headphone so people in the room can easily hear what you are listening too.

Comfort is great, although they can get a bit warm.

These are great headphones. I got them back in March after different NewEgg deal. I love them dearly, as they sound great and are very comfortable. But, as I live in an open loft style house, I have a hard time with the open-back design. Keep in mind that you can hear things around the house as well as others can hear what you're listening to. I'm now in the market for a decent CLOSED-BACK headphone... Wink

The Fidelio M1's are closed so you could try them out, unless you are looking for over the ear instead of on-ear.
