Dell Invoice for Rebate?

I never received an invoice, only a proof of purchase receipt. Apparently that's not good enough to "prove" that I bought it. Total BS. Looks like I'm not doing any more purchases from this site. Just deleted slickdeals.net from my bookmarks toolbar.

Hi,
There is always a link on every OP where you can get your invoice. I will send you a PM with the instructions on how to submit your invoice and have your rebate approved.

I went on Dell chat with my order number and had them email me my invoice. I had to spend 20 min on Dell website chat but I got it.

Typically you get the invoice either emailed to you at the time of the order, or you can go into your previous orders and should be able to see the link there. Granted, it's only ever been the default whenever I place an order with a CSR and not by just clicking the buy button, but still, they have the information and it's very easy to get. Also, just to help you through your soggy bottoms, you never actually "buy" anything through this site... Just saying Wink

You can always access your invoice here [dell.com]. It will literally take 1 minute a minute. Hope this helps.

I spent 30 minutes filling out the rebate form and unsuccessfully trying to access/download my Dell invoice from Dell's crappy and unresponsive website through multiple browsers.
So here's where things stand... while I haven't given up, I'll spend a few more minutes trying to download the form.
Regardless of whether I successfully or unsuccessfully redeem this $50 rebate, this is the LAST TIME I use a SD's rebate for anything, ever. Period.
Regardless of the outcome, this is the last time I buy from DELL for a very long time. I spend thousands on Amazon annually.
I influence my friends' tech purchases, and influence tech decisions at work.

You guys want to put in crappy hurdles to make redeeming $50 a miserable experience. Good for you, mission success. But this will impact your (and DELL's) future revenue from my family.

Rant over.

Dells website sucks but their chat was helpful. The support person sent it in minutes and even called to make sure i got it.

Can you send the instructions to me as well? Just got denied a dell invoice. Apparently what I sent isn't it, although I clicked the link saying "access invoice here" and printed the page that displayed after I clicked it. This definitely sucks since I've been warned by you guys that I only get one more chance to get this right. I mean, really? The process is flawed and now I'm being threatened.

It says its delivered, here us the USPS 70162140000021460785.
But they send a mail today they they did not recieve anything.

I think better ti avoid these sd rebates.

The email you have received is a reminder email in case if you have not mailed your documents. Please disregard this email since you have already mailed your submission. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing center to upload your documents into the system. You will see an update then.

Sent the rebate documentation 8-10 days ago but still do see that reflected on the status. Tried sending emails, getting just automated replies. Tried calling numerous times & after "Do you want to talk to a live agent"- it disconnects !
Is SD waiting for the rebate window to close ( 2 more days) so the rebate can be denied ?

If only a live agent can confirm that the documentation has been received.

Having serious doubts about the rebates now....

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing center to upload your documents into the system. You will see an update then. The rebate center will look at the date stamped on the envelope and not the day they are processing your application, so you will not be outside of the 30 day mark.

Ok.Update. My rebate has finally made it , got a confirmation email ! (Had sent another one just to be sure with a tracking number etc)
Asked to wait 8-12 weeks ( that's a long time) for the rebate check/card. Will update all in 8 weeks.

..Update Mar 28
Received the MasterCard in the mail ! ( Used it already too )
So, all good.
