I bought this subwoofer the last time it was on sale. I have been using it for a month now and it has been absolutely amazing. Now take this with a pinch of salt because I used to use a soundbar with subwoofer before, so this sub was a big step up for me. But it has a LOT of bass and its huge, I totally underestimated how big it is. For an average sized bedroom the bass is overkill, but the bass "feels" good and gives movies and music some good oomph.

The Polk T series is pretty bad. Its the same drivers found in the R and M lines. All old Black Friday Door Buster quality. Its a really cheap price for new speakers but you'll be much happier saving up for a sale on the new Signature Series.

Guys I've been waiting for the 115sw to go on sale. But am debating going with two of these 12's, I use my system for music and movies equally and while I know the 15 can hit lower hz and add great punch to a movie, my gut tells me two of these 12s would sound much better with music than the one 15... any thoughts?

Seem that Klipsch r-12sw is being put on sale quite often with Fry's. I should've gotten it when they had the online option last week with free shipping.

I bought an R-112SW a few months ago for $259 with a free wireless kit. I'm waiting for it to go on sale again so I can grab another! Love this sub!

Bought these last year from Best Buy for about $65 each speaker and they are honestly good for that price. $100 each, no way, but $120 for the set definitely. Sure other speakers may sound better but you also need to take into account your room size/acoustics and your receiver. Spending twice as much on a speaker does not always equate to better sounding.
