Back in the day M3 was a good brand, its now owned and manufactured by huffy bicycles parent company and its now just a generic board with their graphic printed on it. for $60 its fine, if it last you one season then its worth it.

I would certainly not recommend this for anyone who's been riding beyond the beginner level.

Cap sidewalls and their thinner than standard wood core are going to equal a very soft board

2 in the box they're sold as a pair.

Generally a S/M will fit up to a size 10.5 or 11 and M/L is size 10+

Not sure.

Quick Google search shows this board in other designs is around $180 right now.

151 is probably a little longer than I would recommend (145ish), but not too long that it would be un-ridable.

You should be fine unless you weigh a lot, then consider moving up to the 160.

In general, this is a solid deal if you only go a couple times a year or are looking to try it out.

Yes, you are getting a good deal for the cost. After 3 sessions this board will pay for itself if you were to rent. You can sell it for the same price knowing there is someone out there who is crazy for the brand.
