Looks like these are meant for solar rechargeable lights. Definitely not meant to be used in normal applications where regular 1.5v batteries are required due to the batteries' higher voltage.

In the first pic, of the front of the package, you can see the label on one of the batteries that says they are made in china.

You might wanna study up on 18650 batteries. They can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.

Bear in mind these batteries are 2000mah. Good find, but I'll pass. For those interested, they have have EBL - top rated and 3000 mah. I haven't priced them out, but are my pref for my high output LED flashlight.

The 18650 batteries which I use in my flashlights supposedly have a 5800 mah capacity (though I have no way to verify this).

Good deal, but 2000 is worthless in a flash light.

Definitely fake. Anything over 4000 is fake. The best by the end of the year is 3700-3800 per cell. Tesla got the best/highest 18650 capacity from Panasonic and he taunted that its the cheapest too. He better be because his profit/success depend on this price density. He said the price just got a 30% cut this year.

EDIT: Tesla is using Panasonic NCR18650B and its capacity is only 3200.
