Dang. They are actually within driving distance of me this year. But I've got so many cookers, I'd really have to drop the medium Big Green Egg. And that just seems like a bad trade.
Got one for this price last year after lots of searching. You will find that the brickseek inventory is not always correct on these seasonal items. The price is accurate though. If you have a store that shows $140 near you showing 0 quantity, its probably worth stopping in to see if they have one left in a back corner. Its a great grill/smoker for $140.
I've had mine for close to 3 years now. Still going strong. Be sure to buy a cover to keep it out of the elements. People claim that theirs rust over time, but mine hasn't had any issues with proper care.

Mine shows 0. There's a floor model with the lid bent so out of round it's not worth fixing. I'd low ball them if they had Weber-like warranty support. But apparently Char Griller is stingy on warranty items.

You have to go to the store. And I have found the Brickseek to be somewhat iffy on actual inventory.
Best bet is to try the WalMart inventory checker here
https://www.walmart.com/store/finder
and plug in the Walmart ID 556626260 to get a good idea..
Just speaking from experience to trying to get one of these deals today.
