I'd been holding out on Vega to pair with my Ryzen, but all the recent price leaks from all over Europe made me jump on this deal. If the price leaks are false, AMD should have squashed them instead of remaining silent. They cost themselves one purchase...mine.

Ugh... Not sure if I can justify upgrading my gtx 1080... Would I even be able to sell it for 400 locally?

After Volta's release? Probably yes.

I'm going to hope for a <$599 price point. Then I won't need a card for a while. Right?

Damn computers, just like rifles: you get a couple extra pieces and you have to assemble a whole new unit around those spare parts.

Does anyone know if this is a reference card? I tried checking EK compatibility and it has one that sounds like it's this one, but their image is broken.

If the leaks came from Europe, bear in mind that these sorts of products tend to be more expensive there because of import costs and value-added tax. They may not be representative of US prices - AMD already said there'd be 3 price points for vega - 400,500 and 600

Did a quick search for you... it appears that this is indeed reference:

wait a couple days to see how vega does. if it's not a good value, look into 1060, 1070, and 480/580
