* Red and blue color codes help you easily identify standard and metric tools
* 2 quick-release ratchets allow for rapid socket and accessory changes
* 15 wrenches and assorted sockets help you take on a wide range of nuts and bolts
* Convenient wrench storage on the outside of the bag provides quick access to the one you need
* Spark plug sockets make servicing lawn mowers, weed whackers and vehicles easier
* Soft-sided, zip-up tote with wide-open mouth keeps tools organized and ready to transport
* Hassle-free lifetime guarantee gives you peace of mind

Only two reviews, but both are 5-star. Most recent review:
This was my foray into the world of tools. I did not buy this set because it was the lowest dollar:#oftools ratio available (and neither will you, frankly). I bought this set because every piece is essential. After over a year of use (restoring a 1969 Camaro), the inherent quality and integrity of these tools demand they will be essential to my collection for a long time.

Edit: apparently this is a YMMV deal, see below.

Edit: Nic3456 found a similar set with a hard case, also YMMV. Any reps go to Nic3456:

Here is a similar set with a hard case and actually larger discount. Not sure if the items are as good. I bought them both and will decide after seeing in person. YMMV - this was $39.60 at my lowes

You may want to add YMMV, showing $44.99 and $89.99 in my area

Looks like a decent set for the money, without a lot of filler bits. In for one @$36. Thanks!

Looks like about a 50/50 split between sockets/wrenches and drive bits/allens, which is a pretty good mix considering the wide variety of fasteners often encountered when fixing things. However, keeping stuff organized in that bag might be a challenge compared to other kits with a hard case.

Decent deal but the organization (lack thereof) is a pure deal breaker from what it seems like! It will be struggle to find one in the clutter when you need the exact size ...
