Amazon just price matched down to $83.40. Walmart's responded and they are down to $81.73. Don't you just love these /Walmart price wars?

And to those implying that this is inferior: We KNOW that this is not as good (or expensive) as a Dewalt. But please make constructive comments that add value to the thread. "This is crap compared to Dewalt" doesn't help me since its also a fraction of the cost. I would consider DeWalt a piece of crap if it wasn't superior at its price. Kinda like telling a prospective Ford Focus buyer that he's a fool for not getting a much better BMW 330 like you did. This WEN will serve it purpose for some of us. Let people with higher budgets and/or the need for higher quality (carpenters) get the 'higher end' stuff. Sorry for beating dead horses...

At what point do these wen deals lose their luster? If you have something on sale every other week at what point is it considered the regular price?

With that logic harbor freight tools would be the only tools posted here
Bro, you gotta sharpen up those reading comprehension skills. I said price/goods for similar models (i.e. similar quality) not price/goods for same tool types.

For example. This sliding miter at $83 is comparable in specs/quality to the Ryobi slider that sold for $130 and got 187 thumbs last March. Or better then the Hitachi (non slider) that sold for $95 and got 45 thumbs.

Lol well if you ask half the people on here they will tell you Ryobi is DeWalt quality. I hope one of the Ryobi fan boys doesn't see your post comparing them to wen

If you have the AMEX deal applied to your account you can get this for an additional $10 off.

In all seriousness...does this suck cause it's WEN or cause it's 10"? I know I will be installing new doors at my house as well as new baseboards. Will this not cut wood?

Ah yes, the people who shop in the kiddie tool section of HD. Since when did their opinions count? Stick Out Tongue

but really though, spec wise they are very similar. even if you thought Ryobi was of better quality, it's still less then 2/3 the price of that very popular Ryobi deal.
