Want one but I know I'll probably end up using it only once and goes in storage... sigh.

I have this one. It's great for kabobs, meat sticks, chicken wings, shrimp. Order this Thaan charcoal also. Burns very hot and lasts a long time. Pok Pok Thaan Thai Style Charcoal Logs, 5 lb https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R8HI...FzbRWJRB6T

Is this similar to the lodge hibachi? I don't have one but would like to get one like that for kabobs.

Does it have a drip tray or runoff so the oil doesn't fall into the charcoal?
Thanks.

Nvm doesn't look like it does.

This is the worse product I've purchase on Amazon. The grill has disintegrate after using 2 times. See the photos

Had to read the product description on Amazon and Walmart to confirm that the company itself calls this "Yakatori." Assuming it's not a typo and that it's just a name for their grill. Homerjay knows what's up

Seems like a good price, but the Amazon reviews have me a little nervous. From some of the customer photos it looks like it doesn't handle outdoor elements very well.

yeah, price sounds good but the customer photos on azon are not to encouraging. I will pass on this one......The Pueblo's make these huge earthen ovens where i live but when they crack they repair it or every year they and a new layer. These are not repairable maybe good for 1 or 2 seasons. That Lodge would last many life times, family hand me down. I will wait for that one ....

No it doesn't, you will need to store out of the weather the type of rock it's made of is very loose and porris. The metal bands around the perimeter is simply stapled into the material.
