The Ozark Trail Instant Gazebo provides a true 100 square feet of cooling shade anywhere in just minutes. Simply extend the one-piece steel frame, attach the canopy top, extend the legs and you're done. Adjust the shade as needed throughout the day with the easy push-button system that has three leg height adjustments. For additional circulation, simply open the two included adjustable canopy vents. Take it anywhere with the included wheeled carry bag and stakes.

Great reviews; overall rating of 4.2 / 5 stars from 500+ reviewers.

For comparison purposes, here's a similar canopy in grey for $89:

ozark trail makes good products, I had this 10x10 since 2008 and use it 5-6 months a year at my residential pool plus a week vacation per year at the beaches. Legs are still standing strong, the canopy top developed a few leaks this year that i bought a replacement top for 22 bucks. Bolted 1 leg down the pool concrete deck, tied other 3 legs to wooden fence. It has withstand severe wind/storm that brought tree down / blew some pieces of shingles off my roof

the ozark trail tumblers are just as good, if not better than Yeti and Rtic brands.

Yeah both Dick's and Sears had these (different brands) for $40 last month.

I don't think the $40 one at Sears has straight legs (presuming that matters to you personally). And if you're like me, Sears cancelled my order without notice, and I had to call to get the refund.

According to the reviews (and lack of description), it is not.

Going to pass.

Both were slant leg. Only 8x8 at the top, legs 10x10 on the ground.

you can spray the top to "waterproof" and it may become able to 'repel' or bead the water, but in my experience, they tend to pool water in between the structure. This gets very heavy very fast. The first time I left mine out overnight, it rained. It didn't destroy the frame, but bent it up a bit. It was still usable, and we continued to use it for years, but it was always a little sloppy, and I made sure never to leave it out in rain

This brand specifically? I have a cheap 10x10 ez up I've owned for years and have never had any issues with water getting through, we use it specifically for blocking rain, no spray needed.

A.Dear Jimbo, The canopy has the same water treated polyester fabric as our tents, with factory taped seams. We do still recommend spraying a seam sealant on the canopy top. To get the best rain protection stake and guy out the tent, making it as taut as possible, during set up; this will allow rain to quickly slide off and not pool on the fabric. Thank you, Customer Service
