I got this,exact same laptop,(XPS9560,with 512SSD,4k screen) from my local Microcenter(Yonkers,NY) for $1200,open box...But it was like a brand new piece....
Hands down-best laptop I ever had....iam so happy,that I returned my XPS 13" toy...

for 4K gaming not even the mobile GTX 1060 is enough.

Do they advertise the open box anywhere? I don't live too far from Yonkers but don't want to make the trip if they do not have it available Big Grin and how long is the warranty on open box items?

This is not a gaming laptop. It's more for video and photo editing. The gaming portion is something it can do, but is not typically advertised or built for gaming. Also, just because the screen is 4k, doesn't mean you have to play in 4k.

If you don't think it's worth the money, then you're not the market for this laptop. You can't find anything like this with 4k and near 100% Adobe RGB at this price point. Not even sure if a real competitor exists.

You just don't understand what the market for this laptop is.

That is because XPS are not gaming laptops, they are productivity laptops designed for portability. This is pretty basic knowledge. Maybe in the future, you should at least read the description of the product before posting incorrect statements.
