This send too good to be true. 144hz 27 in 1440p and freesync plus vesa for $250? Is this monitor any good?

I mean at the end of the day the difference in monitors is minimal. I have a 4k 300$ tv and an OLED 4k and while there is a visible difference, it isn't something worth like a $1100 price gap. Monitors are the same, my friend has one of those fancy near $1000 Acer monitors, and it really just doesn't matter.

I have 2 monitors and I want them to be same. Minimal bezels are a big thing in my setup. I need vesa but it's so damn hard to find monitors that do 1440p with vesa. This is the best I've seen so far

damn i'm tempted great price for all the features.. my gpu simply can't do both 1440 AND 144hz though so i'd need to upgrade my gpu too. probably just gonna wait for the jump to 4k to do my upgrades

Only the highest of high gpus can do 1440p and 144hz.

No cards exist that can do 4k 144hz (if there are even any monitors that have that).

TN panel. I had a similar Monoprice monitor that lasted a little of a year before it died.

It's not just for gaming. The different between a high refresh rate panel and 60hz panel even for general usage is massive. It feels so much more responsive and fluid. Obviously the biggest benefits come from gaming, but you don't need to be able to push 144 fps to see the benefits.

YES, it is that good. Both me and a friend got one and they are bright colors, fast updating of screen. Makes a HUGE difference playing BF1 and 4.

Not true. I have the GTX 1060 and I am playing at 144hz and 1440p. Cannot do with all settings at ultra though. But it can be done.

Do not buy this monitor! you get what you pay for. This company shipped this monitor to my house in an on time manner, but i received a dead pixel on my monitor within two days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I bought 2 last time around and both are perfect.
