Lowe's has the Style Selections Outpost Walnut Wood Look Porcelain Tile for $1.08/ sq ft., save 75%.
This is a YMMV deal, but there's lots of availability in my area.
(I posted this tile two months ago at $1.21/ sq. ft., a savings of 60%.)

Have these bought when they were 65% off. Just a warning that a lot of these had minor cracks/chips just in the boxes and I've already had 1 chip during install really disappointed in tthe quality of these.

Also the glue they use to hold these together if left in the sun soaks into the tile. Had to return more than half of my initial batch due to imperfections.

Hi! Wave I made sure to put YMMV in the title - these tiles are fairly widely available by me.

I just installed some wood look tile (not this one!) and I noticed when picking up from the store that some of the tiles had chips. I had Lowe's swap them out for new ones before going home. After that, all was well. No glue issues. Actually, some of the tiles were warped just a bit (due to the long length) and so I ended up with a thicker grout line than I originally anticipated. Still it looks fabulous and I really appreciate the feel of cold tiles on my feet.

yeah i have wood look tile all over the house that i installed, did these in the bathroom just for something different. These are the only ones i've ever noticed with glue issues, even the different ones i helped a friend install didn't have them.

I'm only seeing $3/sqft on the website. Is this an in-store only pricing discount?

Thanks so much for posting, $0.75/sq ft everywhere near me! $1.08 per piece (1.44sq ft). Anyone have experience with how these handle scratches? Big dog traffic in particular.

Wow, that is a slick price!!! I don't have this particular tile, but I do have another Style Selections wood-look porcelain tile and my dog hasn't scratched it up yet.
