Math teacher here. I highly recommend finding the CE version, which has already been on sale for $90 this season and will likely be on sale again. Much better experience. Thinner, color screen, higher resolution, rechargeable battery, etc. This will work just fine, but if the CE is priced the same or even a bit higher, it's absolutely worth it.

Thank you for the advice. Was trying to decide between TI-84 Plus and TI-84 Plus CE since price was the same at Staples today. But didn't want to go CE if it meant interface was different. Just picked up the CE version at Staples. Thanks.
